All orders are shipped from Perth Australia. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.Our products are proudly shipped by Australian Post, Express post within Australia is one working day.
Online Return Policy
SALESCLICK will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging product within 5 days of receiving your order. SALESCLICK will gladly refund an order up to the original price or replace faulty items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.
1. You must notify SALESCLICK of the fault within 5 days of receiving the items.
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed by SALESCLICK to do so.
3. You must provide "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from SALESCLICK.
4. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was being used to make the original purchase.
5. Refunds can be made with Paypal payments. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been returned and inspected by SALESCLICK.
6. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear.
7. Only damage and fault due to manufacturing or transit damage will be considered.
8. We will need you to pay the return post to us. This will be refunded should your return request be accepted.
